A toner hole making tool is also usually required in order to empty the toner waste hopper, if this fills up it could prevent a refilled cartridge from printing with perfect quality. You can buy the hole making tool separate and it is reusable. Instructions for emptying waste hopper are included with this kit. Note: We recommend that you refill the same toner cartridge 2-3 times before replacing with a new cartridge or a compatible / remanufactured cartridge with new parts.
